GAC Aion Thailand is offering discounts on its locally assembled AION V electric SUV as part of a campaign linked to Motor Expo 2026. The offer, reported on October 27, runs through October 31. The 500 Premium is reduced by 60,000 baht, from 799,900 to 739,900 baht, while the 602 Luxury receives a 100,000-baht reduction, from 899,900 to 799,900 baht.
Both versions use a front-mounted electric motor rated at 224 hp and 240 Nm, with a claimed 0–100 km/h time of 7.9 seconds and a top speed of 160 km/h. The Premium has a 64.5-kWh LFP battery and a stated NEDC range of 500 km. The Luxury uses a 75.3-kWh pack, with a claimed range of 602 km. Maximum DC charging is listed at 150 kW for the Premium and 180 kW for the Luxury; both support 6.6-kW AC charging and 3.3-kW vehicle-to-load output.
The offer includes a lifetime warranty for the battery, motor and control unit. GAC Aion Thailand also lists an eight-year/160,000-km vehicle warranty and eight years of roadside assistance. Buyers can choose a home charger with installation or a 10,000-baht discount, and receive window film and floor mats. The AION V measures 4,605 mm long and has a 2,775-mm wheelbase. The Luxury adds features including massage seats and a 6.6-litre console refrigerator.
