XPeng has opened orders in Spain for the L03 PowerX Long Range, with first deliveries due in December. The SUV coupé is an extended-range electric vehicle: a 178 kW rear electric motor drives the wheels, while a 1.5-litre petrol engine acts only as a generator. XPeng quotes 215 km of electric-only range and 1,017 km combined under the WLTP cycle.
A 37.2 kWh LFP battery supplies the electric driving range. Charging is rated at up to 11 kW on AC and 123 kW on DC; a 10–80% fast charge is said to take about 20 minutes. The cabin includes a 15.6-inch central display, an 8.9-inch driver display and a 26.8-inch head-up display. Google Maps is built into the infotainment system, alongside Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and free over-the-air updates.
The L03 measures 4.65 metres long and has a 367-litre boot. Its standard equipment includes a heat-pump climate system, powered heated and ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera and driver-assistance features. The exterior was designed by JuanMa López, a former Ferrari design chief.
XPeng advertises a starting price of €37,500, but that figure includes public incentives and promotional discounts. The article notes that a Tesla Model Y Standard costs only slightly more and offers more cabin space. A fully electric L03 and Ultra versions are planned for 2027.
