Zeekr has introduced the 9X Hyper in Colombia, adding a large plug-in hybrid SUV to the top of its local lineup. The Geely Group brand’s flagship is priced at COP 599,900,000 and is represented in the country by Astara. The model first appeared at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2025; in Colombia, it is offered only in Onyx Black.

The powertrain combines a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with three electric motors—one at the front and two at the rear—for a stated 1,381 hp and 1,410 Nm. All-wheel drive and a three-speed dedicated hybrid transmission are standard. Zeekr quotes a 0–100 km/h time of 3.1 seconds, 280 km of electric-only range and 1,000 km of combined range under the WLTP cycle. Its 70-kWh NMC battery uses a 900-volt electrical architecture, with a claimed 20–80% charging time of about nine minutes in specified conditions.

The 9X has six seats, with electrically adjustable, heated seats throughout; the first two rows also add ventilation and massage, while the second-row captain’s chairs can rotate 180 degrees. Cabin features include multiple large displays, a 32-speaker Naim audio system, a 9-liter refrigerator and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Driver assistance equipment includes LiDAR, 43 announced assistance functions and seven airbags; the systems still require driver supervision.

The SUV weighs 3,150 kg, measures 5.23 meters long and can tow up to 2,000 kg. Colombia’s listed warranty is five years or 150,000 km for the vehicle and eight years or 160,000 km for the high-voltage battery, whichever limits are reached first.
