BYD Argentina will discount the Atto 2 DM-i by $2,000 during its first Hybrid Weekend promotion, running Friday, October 23, through Sunday, October 25, 2026. The compact plug-in hybrid SUV’s list price will fall from $33,900 to $31,900, with the offer available through BYD’s official dealerships across the country.
The reduced price matches the Atto 2 DM-i’s original list price when it went on sale in Argentina in March. BYD raised the price to $33,900 in June, making the weekend promotion a return to the model’s launch-level pricing rather than a lower-than-original offer.
The Atto 2 DM-i uses BYD’s Super Hybrid DM-i system and is rated for up to 110 kilometers of all-electric driving and a combined range of up to 1,100 kilometers. Its listed equipment includes six airbags, more than 20 driver-assistance systems and a 360-degree camera. BYD Argentina says it has surpassed 13,000 customers in its first year of operations, introduced eight models and grown its official sales network to more than 18 locations.
