Denza has shared new details of the N8, a large electric SUV scheduled to reach the Chinese market before the end of 2026. The premium BYD brand says the five-seat model measures 5.15 meters long, 1.99 meters wide and 1.82 meters tall, with a 3.07-meter wheelbase. Its proportions are intended to provide a spacious cabin, although the company has not yet disclosed final specifications for every version.

The N8 adopts exterior styling cues introduced on Denza’s Z9S electric sedan, including split, elongated daytime running lights. A LiDAR sensor mounted above the windshield points to advanced driver-assistance technology, but the available functions and final system setup have not been confirmed. The cabin preview shows a slim instrument display near the windshield, a large multimedia screen and a three-spoke steering wheel; some design elements are shared with the third-generation BYD Tang.

Denza plans to offer the N8 only as an electric vehicle, with rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations. The single-drive-axle versions are listed at 435 hp and 503 hp, while a three-motor setup—one motor at the front and two at the rear—is rated at a combined 1,210 hp. Proposed battery capacities are 106 kWh and 130.15 kWh; range figures have not been announced.

Although Denza is preparing to enter Colombia, the N8 will not be part of its initial lineup there. The report says it could be considered for Colombia after the brand becomes established in that market.
