Leapmotor says it will launch the A10s in China on October 18, 2026. The small electric SUV is a sportier addition to the A10 lineup, but the company has not announced its price. The launch follows the model’s first preview, which came a day before the announcement.

The A10s is reported to share the A10’s core powertrain choices: single motors rated at 70 kW or 90 kW, paired with 39.8 kWh or 53 kWh batteries. Those configurations deliver claimed CLTC ranges of 403 km and 505 km. The SUV measures 4,270 mm long, 1,810 mm wide and 1,635 mm tall, with a 2,605 mm wheelbase. Its 800-volt platform is said to support a 30-to-80% charge in as little as 16 minutes.

Visual changes include black paint, gray badges, a red rear S emblem and 18-inch black wheels. Inside are an 8.88-inch instrument display and a 14.6-inch, 2.5K central screen powered by Qualcomm’s SA8295 chip. LiDAR and an SA8650 processor support urban and highway navigation assistance as well as memory parking, according to the report.

The launch comes after A10 deliveries declined 24.08% month on month in September to 24,457, though the model still made up 23.15% of Leapmotor’s deliveries that month. Leapmotor reported 105,656 global deliveries in September and is targeting one million for the year; it had delivered 666,539 in the first nine months. The A10s could add another variant as the company pursues that goal.
