Geely-owned Lynk & Co has introduced the 20, an updated version of its Z20 electric SUV. Limited-time prices for the five-variant lineup run from 118,800 yuan to 158,800 yuan, below the models’ regular starting prices. The company said firm orders passed 14,663 during the first hour after launch; that tally is not a delivery figure.

Every variant combines an 800-volt silicon-carbide platform with 6C charging, with peak charging power of 460 kW. Lynk & Co quotes about 12 minutes for a 10% to 80% charge. LFP battery options of 61.52 kWh and 70.01 kWh correspond to CLTC ranges of 545 km and 630 km.

LiDAR and Geely’s G-ASD H5 driver-assistance system are standard, alongside parking-assistance functions. The SUV uses a 245 kW rear motor and is rated to reach 100 km/h from a standstill in 6.4 seconds.

The launch comes as the brand’s overall sales have weakened: August volume fell 37.44% year on year to 17,027 vehicles, while sales for the first eight months declined 14.84% to 177,624. Those totals cover Lynk & Co’s full lineup, not just its electric vehicles.
