Omoda plans to begin building the O4 in Indonesia in November 2026 and announce its official price at that time, according to company president Shawn Xu. The electric model was introduced in Indonesia in July, but its price had not been disclosed as of October 22. Xu said the response from Indonesian consumers had been positive.
Indonesia was the first country to host the O4’s global debut, which took place around the GIIAS 2026 auto show. Although the price is still pending, customers have been able to place orders since the show by paying a Rp 5 million booking fee per vehicle.
The O4 uses a 65.05 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and has a claimed range of up to 553 km on the NEDC cycle. It supports DC fast charging at up to 119 kW; Omoda says charging from 20% to 80% takes 22 minutes. The electric motor produces up to 160 kW and 275 Nm, enabling a claimed 0–100 km/h time of 7.1 seconds.
