Zeekr's Emirates arm has confirmed that the 9X's formal debut in the UAE is drawing close, marking the shift from the reservation phase to launch and eventual customer handovers. The SUV has already landed in the country and is taking part in exclusive events and drive sessions ahead of its release. Distributor Abdulwahed Al-Rostamani Group says deliveries tied to fresh bookings will get underway in December; an earlier June report had noted that reservations opened with a non-refundable AED 10,000 deposit and originally pointed to an October start.
Buyers will choose among three grades. The entry Ultra, from AED 369,900, runs a twin-motor all-wheel-drive setup that covers 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and adds automatic interactive doors. The Hyper, at AED 409,900, brings in a third motor for a 3.1-second sprint, plus zero-gravity seating, a second row that swivels, and 48-volt active suspension. Topping the range is the Obsidian at AED 439,900, which shares that tri-motor hardware while adding a blacked-out treatment across the body, cabin and grille, finished with 22-inch forged wheels.
Underneath sits a six-seat plug-in hybrid layout built on a 900-volt electrical system and a 70 kWh battery, working alongside a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine. In China, where the 9X has already made a strong mark, the fully loaded version pairs that engine with three electric motors for up to 1,030 kW (roughly 1,381 hp), 355 km of electric-only range and 1,165 km of total range. Geely Auto Group CEO Gan Jiayue has previously named the Middle East as the model's first overseas destination.
