Zeekr to roll out refreshed 7X SUV in Q4 with an 85-kWh battery option

Zeekr says the 2027 version of its 7X electric SUV will reach the Chinese market in the final quarter of the year. The exterior carries over unchanged, though buyers will get fresh color choices inside and out. The headline change is a new variant equipped with an 85-kWh Golden Battery, positioned in the capacity range between the entry 75-kWh pack and the 103-kWh top unit. Pricing, range, charging performance, and whether the new pack runs on an 800- or 900-volt architecture all remain undisclosed.

In the meantime, buyers of the outgoing 7X in China can still claim three no-cost extras worth a combined 18,999 yuan (about $2,800): a power-adjustable rear sofa, a fridge that both heats and cools, and 20-inch multi-spoke wheels. The current lineup spans three trims priced from 229,800 to 269,800 yuan, with the base car good for 620 km of CLTC range and the long-range versions reaching up to 802 km.

The 7X remains central to Zeekr's volume, accounting for close to 30% of the brand's deliveries in the first seven months of 2026, while global orders have topped 200,000 units across more than 50 markets. The Q4 adjustment comes roughly a year after the October 2025 refresh that brought upgrades to charging, the powertrain, and driver-assistance features.
