Changan has opened Russian sales of the Uni-Z crossover following its full local presentation. The model was announced for Russia in October, and the market launch was reported on November 5, 2026. In China, the Uni-Z has been sold since 2024; it was initially marketed under the Oshan sub-brand before Changan folded those models into its main range. Although the crossover has since received updates in China, Russia is getting the earlier version.

The Russian-spec Uni-Z measures 4,718 mm long, 1,880 mm wide and either 1,663 or 1,676 mm tall, depending on trim. Its wheelbase is 2,780 mm, ground clearance is 179 mm, and luggage capacity is 638 litres, rising to 1,425 litres with the rear seatbacks folded. Power comes from a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine rated at 147 hp and 280 Nm, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The engine can use AI-92 petrol; drive is exclusively to the front wheels.

Two trims are available. The Luxury grade includes 19-inch wheels, a panoramic roof, heated front and rear seats, a 14.6-inch infotainment display, adaptive cruise control and driver-assistance features. Techno adds 20-inch wheels, front-seat ventilation, wireless phone charging and further collision and blind-spot alerts. Recommended prices are RUB 3,249,900 for Luxury and RUB 3,349,900 for Techno.
