Chery is the final piece of the puzzle at Carro Autofair 2026, a three-day event running September 25-27 at Carro Puchong South in Malaysia, open 9am to 7pm daily. With the parent brand joining its offshoots Omoda Jaecoo and iCaur, the show now gathers the whole family under one roof — and it marks the first time Carro, freshly named a Chery dealer, will actually sell the cars, ahead of a permanent Carro Chery showroom.
The stand features the core of Chery's Malaysian range: the Tiggo Cross, Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8 families in petrol and hybrid form, plus the Omoda 5 and its electric sibling, the Omoda E5. Entry comes via the RM80,800 Tiggo Cross Turbo, while the RM91,800 Tiggo Cross HEV lays claim to being Malaysia's most affordable hybrid, its battery cover stretched to as much as ten years for the campaign on top of the seven-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty. Further up, the Tiggo 7 Pro has been trimmed from RM123,800 to RM108,800, the Kulim-assembled Tiggo 7 PHEV promises 90 km of electric running and a claimed 1,200 km combined range, and the Tiggo 8 Pro's 2.0-litre turbo with 256 hp tops the petrol line-up. The Omoda E5 brings a 204 PS single motor, a 61 kWh battery and 430 km of WLTP range.
Whatever Carro layers on top of the published September campaign prices — which any Chery showroom offers anyway — stays under wraps until buyers request a personalised quote at the venue. The fair also hosts Zeekr, Omoda Jaecoo, iCaur and Dongfeng, alongside Carro Certified used cars, official pre-owned stock, food trucks and family activities.
