Denza is adding 17 authorised service points across regional Australia over the coming months, expanding support beyond the brand’s metropolitan-focused dealer network. The locations will operate at BYD dealerships: Orange, Dubbo, Tamworth and Nowra in New South Wales; Darwin in the Northern Territory; Mackay, Bundaberg and Rockhampton in Queensland; Mount Gambier in South Australia; Wodonga, Bendigo, Ballarat, Traralgon and Warrnambool in Victoria; and Geraldton, Bunbury and Albany in Western Australia.

Depending on the site, the outlets may handle scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, warranty work, diagnostics and software upgrades. Denza will retain technical oversight, and will decide how to handle cases that a local point cannot complete. The new locations join 18 dedicated Denza sites nationwide. Further sales and service network growth is planned for 2027.

The expansion draws on BYD Australia’s parts and logistics infrastructure. The company says most parts orders can be filled within 24 hours from distribution centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. It holds more than 580,000 components locally, valued at over A$25 million, and says around 95 per cent of spare parts are available. Delivery to dealers typically takes up to 24 hours locally, two to three days interstate and about a week for more remote rural areas.

Denza delivered 3,339 vehicles in Australia from the start of customer deliveries early this year through September. The B5 accounted for 1,872 and the B8 for 1,325, while 142 D9 people movers reached customers. The Z9 GT is now expected in the first half of 2027, and the N9 has Australian Design Rule certification, although its local launch timing is unannounced.
