iCaur plans to bring its V25 range-extended electric SUV to Brazil in the first half of the second half of 2027, according to the brand’s Brazilian director, Li Tianren. The model is due to be unveiled globally the week after the report, dated October 16, 2026, and is scheduled to enter the Chinese market in the fourth quarter of 2026. In Brazil, it will be sold through a dealer network shared with Omoda and Jaecoo.

The V25 uses a 33.6-kWh LFP battery and a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine rated at 154 hp. The engine functions as a generator rather than driving the wheels. In the rear-wheel-drive version, the SUV is said to cover up to 150 km on electric power alone, with Chinese-market consumption rated at 14.4 km/l. An intelligent all-wheel-drive version, called i-AWD, adds another electric motor; its electric range is listed at 145 km and consumption at 13.9 km/l in China.

The V25 measures 4.63 meters long, 1.92 meters wide and 1.85 meters tall, with a 2.82-meter wheelbase and 19.7 cm of ground clearance. Its approach and departure angles are 30 and 28 degrees, and it rides on 21-inch wheels. The design includes round LED headlights, a side-opening tailgate with an externally mounted spare, fixed side steps rated to support 130 kg, and roof-mounted LiDAR for driver-assistance systems. Within iCaur’s range, the V25 sits between the smaller V23 and larger V27. iCaur is Chery Group’s adventure-oriented, electrified SUV brand.
