Jetour has filed patent drawings for its F700 plug-in hybrid pickup with Brazil’s National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), ahead of the model’s expected arrival in the Brazilian market in 2027. The truck is also known internationally as the Jetour P5 or Zongheng F700 and is based on Chery’s GAIA electrified platform. It is built in Fuzhou, in China’s Fujian province.
The F700 measures 5,490 mm long, 2,050 mm wide and 1,985 mm tall, with a 3,350 mm wheelbase. Its powertrain pairs a 2.0-liter Acteco TGDI gasoline engine rated at 211 metric horsepower with two electric motors, one on each axle, for a combined 904 metric horsepower. A two-speed DHT hybrid transmission is specified. The 34.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery is said to provide about 150 km of electric-only driving and a combined range of up to 1,300 km. A 6×6 variant is listed at 965 metric horsepower and 115.3 kgfm of torque, using the same battery capacity.
The pickup has an elevated, off-road-oriented stance and mixed-terrain tires. Its cabin features a 35.4-inch panoramic display, a separate 15.6-inch central touchscreen, massage functions for the front seats, and heating and ventilation for front and rear seats. Other cited equipment includes Zongheng OS, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8255 chip, Chery’s Falcon 500 navigation-assistance system, and Level 2+ driver assistance.
