Jetour previewed the S08 i-DM, a seven-seat plug-in hybrid SUV, on a media drive to Tanay in the Philippines ahead of its official launch. It is positioned against the Toyota Zenix and GAC E8. The regular price is ₱1,798,000, while an introductory price of ₱1,698,000 is available through November 30, 2026.
The S08 measures 4,810 mm long, 1,930 mm wide and 1,705 mm tall, with a 2,820-mm wheelbase. Its cabin combines beige and black leather and includes electrically adjustable seats in all three rows. A 15.6-inch swiveling display can turn toward a voice command, and the cabin offers Queen Bed, Nap and Carwash configurations.
Its i-DM plug-in hybrid system pairs a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a claimed output of 347 hp and 525 Nm. Jetour quotes an electric-only range of 85 km and a combined range exceeding 1,000 km. During the short drive, the reviewer observed fuel economy of about 13–14 km/L and praised the visibility, ride comfort and predictable power delivery, while reserving a full verdict for a longer test. Safety equipment includes driver-assistance features such as adaptive cruise control and a 360-degree HD camera.
The introductory price includes a six-year/1-million-km vehicle warranty, a 10-year/1-million-km engine warranty and an eight-year/150,000-km battery warranty. The reviewer judged the S08 a promising value and the best Jetour driven so far, while noting that the drive was brief.
