Lynk & Co invited Vietnamese owners to China for a visit that connected the cars they drive with the factory and motorsport activities behind the brand. The group included owners of the 06, 01, 02, 08 and 900. The trip was presented as an opportunity to experience the company from an owner’s perspective, rather than as a media visit.
At the Chengdu Smart Connected Vehicle Factory, visitors saw production lines for the Lynk & Co 02 and 06, which are sold in Vietnam. The account describes extensive robot use and an automated production rhythm, and says the group was allowed to film and take photographs inside. Demonstrations included robots performing tasks such as throwing a basketball and writing. The writer says the visit helped explain how automation supports precision and consistency, while noting that a factory tour alone cannot establish a vehicle’s overall quality.
A showroom stop offered a look at updated versions of the 02 and 06, as well as the 07 and 10 sedans and the 07 GT, described as Lynk & Co’s first wagon. Their presence in China does not mean they will be introduced in Vietnam. The trip also included TCR China, where visitors watched the Lynk & Co 03+ TCR, went into the pit and technical areas, and met team drivers. The writer concludes that the experience added personal context to the brand, but was not a substitute for independent assessment of quality, durability or after-sales service.
