Xpeng has launched the G9L electric crossover in eight European markets: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Austria. Prices range from €74,600 in Germany to DKK 639,995 in Denmark; the Norwegian price is NOK 749,900. France and Belgium list the model at €74,990, while Austria starts at €75,600 and the Netherlands at €76,990. The G9L is the fourth Xpeng model built at Magna’s plant in Graz, Austria. A pre-production car drove 1,324 km from Graz to Paris for the 2026 Paris Motor Show.
Unlike the China-market version, which has two rows of seats, the European G9L has three rows and can be configured for six or seven occupants. It measures 5,120 mm long, with a 3,100 mm wheelbase. Its 106.7 kWh NMC battery supports a claimed WLTP range of 553–591 km, depending on drivetrain. The rear-wheel-drive version reaches 100 km/h in seven seconds, versus 4.9 seconds for the all-wheel-drive model. An 800-volt system enables charging to 80% in 12 minutes.
Cabin equipment includes a 17.3-inch central screen, a 21.4-inch roof-mounted display, Google Maps integration and a built-in 12.5-liter refrigerator. Cargo capacity is 466 liters in the trunk, with another 109 liters in the front compartment. The G9L can tow up to 2,000 kg and comes with L2 driver assistance and Xpeng’s VLA 2.0-based NGP system adapted for European roads.
Xpeng sold 241,111 vehicles from January through August 2026, 10.5% fewer than a year earlier. The Guangzhou-based automaker has set a full-year target of 600,000, requiring sales of roughly 89,750 vehicles per month over the final four months of the year.
