Chery has put the Tiggo 4 Pro 1.5T CVT Luxury on sale in Argentina as the entry-level version of its B-segment SUV. Imported from China and sold locally by Grupo Corven, it was presented at Expo Auto Chino. The model sits below the Tiggo 4 CSH hybrid, which arrived in Argentina in October 2025.
Power comes from a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 147 hp and 210 Nm, paired with a continuously variable transmission and front-wheel drive. Standard equipment includes six airbags, 17-inch wheels, leather upholstery, a 10.25-inch digital instrument display and a multimedia screen of the same size. Driver-assistance features include autonomous emergency braking and adaptive cruise control.
The Tiggo 4 Pro Luxury is priced at US$28,700, compared with US$32,500 for the Tiggo 4 CSH 1.5 HEV Premium—a US$3,800 difference. Both versions carry a seven-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty. Unlike the hybrid, the petrol model does not qualify for the hybrid’s tax and fuel-consumption advantages. The launch was part of Chery’s broader Argentine product showcase, which also included the Arrizo 8 CSH Luxury, Himla pickup and a preview of the Tiggo V concept.
