In Pakistan, the Chery Q and ARCFOX T1 are emerging as close competitors in the electric hatchback segment, but only the Chery has reached the market. It launched at Rs 5,554,000; Sazgar has unveiled the T1 without announcing its price, leaving buyers unable to compare their value directly.

The T1 is larger, measuring 4,337 mm long with a 2,770 mm wheelbase, compared with the Q’s 4,195 mm length and 2,700 mm wheelbase. It also has 166 mm of ground clearance against the Q’s 146 mm. Powertrain layouts differ: the rear-wheel-drive Q makes about 121 hp and 111 Nm, while the front-wheel-drive T1 produces about 94 hp and 176 Nm. Their stated top speeds are 135 km/h and 140 km/h, respectively.

Battery capacities are close at 42.7 kWh for the Q and 42.4 kWh for the T1. Both are advertised with a 400 km range, but the figures use different test cycles: NEDC for the Q and CLTC for the T1. The comparison estimates the T1’s CLTC figure at about 328 km on NEDC. Both support AC and DC charging, vehicle-to-load and vehicle-to-vehicle functions, and have 15.6-inch screens, ADAS and automatic parking. The T1’s listed connectivity omits Android Auto.

The article says real-world range, charging performance, ride comfort and other practical differences still need road testing. Until the T1’s Pakistan price and final specifications are confirmed, the Q’s higher power and established price point can be weighed against the T1’s larger dimensions and greater torque, but not against a clear value comparison.
