Chery is adding a more adventure-oriented SUV to its Tiggo range, described in the article’s text as the Tiggo X7. It is positioned as a family vehicle for city and highway use with added equipment for rougher, low-grip routes. The report does not specify a launch market or provide a full technical specification; its headline instead calls the vehicle Tiggo 7X.

Compared with the standard Tiggo 7, the X7 adopts a squarer, more rugged appearance. Details include a dedicated front grille with a body-coloured panel, assertive-looking lamps, tow-hook-style decorative pieces and plastic-look protection around the lower bumpers and wheel arches. At the rear, C-shaped LED lamps replace the Tiggo 7’s full-width light bar.

Chery has also raised the ground clearance and fitted tyres with a more off-road-oriented profile. The report says the SUV has six driving programs for different conditions, but lists only five: snow, mud, sand, rocks and water fording. Engine options and other technical details have not yet been disclosed.

Inside, the X7 shares the Tiggo 7’s horizontally arranged central touchscreen and digital instrument panel. It seats five, placing it below the Tiggo 8 in the range; the latter is offered with seating for up to seven.
