Danza has teased upcoming vehicles for Indonesia after changing its name from Denza, according to a report published on October 8, 2026. On its official Instagram account, the Chinese premium brand posted an image identifying a “new” D9, its electric MPV. The D9 is already among Indonesia’s best-selling electric MPVs, but Danza did not provide details about what has changed in the teased version.

A separate post showed only front and rear lighting, which the report says appears to belong to the Z9 GT. BYD Indonesia President Director Eagle Zhao had previously confirmed that the flagship model was scheduled to launch in Indonesia in 2026, during the second half of the year. The Z9 GT was displayed at the Indonesia International Motor Show in 2025 and at GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show the following year.

The Z9 GT measures 5,180 mm long, has a 3,125 mm wheelbase and a 4.62-metre turning radius. Its output is described as nearly 1,000 hp, while its driving range is listed at up to 630 km. In China, the model is priced at roughly Rp700 million to Rp800 million. Danza has not yet disclosed the identity or specifications of the car shown in the lighting teaser.
