iCaur presented the V25 in Wuhu, China, on Oct. 19 and opened pre-sales there. The Chery Group brand lists four versions, priced from 139,800 to 175,800 yuan (about R$104,000 to R$131,000 at direct conversion). Brazilian prices have not been set. The SUV is expected in Brazil in the first half of the second semester of 2027, following the V27, which is scheduled to begin the brand’s local sales in the first half of that year. iCaur has confirmed all-wheel drive for Brazil, but has not specified the local model configuration.
The V25 uses an electric-drive system with a 33.7-kWh LFP battery and a gasoline engine that generates electricity rather than driving the wheels. Pro and Max versions have a rear motor producing about 252 cv and reach 100 km/h from rest in 8.5 seconds. Max+ and Ultra add a front motor for all-wheel drive, with combined output of 455 cv and 51.5 kgfm and a 0–100 km/h time of 5.8 seconds. iCaur quotes CLTC electric ranges of 210 km for rear-drive models and 200 km for AWD versions; combined range is 1,240 km and 1,210 km, respectively. The figures use China’s CLTC test cycle and are not directly comparable with earlier WLTP figures.
The 4,636-mm-long, five-seat SUV has a 2,820-mm wheelbase, 197-mm ground clearance and a side-opening tailgate with a 22.7-liter external storage compartment. The company also cites 600-mm water-wading capability and 1.8-tonne towing capacity. Cabin equipment can include a 15.4-inch screen and heated, ventilated or massaging seats. Fast charging from 30% to 80% is quoted at 15 minutes, and the vehicle can supply up to 6 kW to external devices. Brazilian equipment, range figures and homologated consumption remain to be announced.
