Li Auto used the 2026 Paris Motor Show to announce its European entry, naming the Li 6 as its first model for the region. Sales are scheduled to begin in the Netherlands and Norway in the first quarter of 2027, followed by other European markets. The Li 6 is the European-market version of the i6 sold in China. Li Auto says the i6 recorded more than 190,000 deliveries in its first year and ranked among China’s three best-selling electric vehicles priced above 200,000 yuan for eight consecutive months in 2026.

The SUV measures 4.95 metres long, 1.94 metres wide and 1.66 metres tall, with a three-metre wheelbase. It has five seats rather than a third row, and its European version receives market-specific chassis tuning and additional safety equipment. The vehicle uses an 800-volt architecture with 5C charging. Li Auto quotes WLTP range of 640 km for rear-wheel drive and 560 km for all-wheel drive, and says the battery can charge from 10% to 80% in 10 minutes. Its suspension combines dual-chamber air springs with variable-damping CDC shock absorbers.

Cabin features include a relaxation-focused front passenger seat, a heated and cooled refrigerator, sunshades and a 29-inch central display. Spotify is built in and Apple CarPlay is supported. The company-developed Mach M100 driver-assistance chip is intended to meet European regulatory requirements, though city and highway assisted-driving functions have not been confirmed for the region.

Li Auto has not disclosed European pricing. The i6 launched in China in September 2025 at 249,800 yuan, then equivalent to about €32,500. German media have speculated that the European Li 6 could start at €70,000 or more, citing added costs such as tariffs, transport and homologation; that figure is not an official price. At that level, the article identifies the BMW iX3 and Tesla Model Y as rivals.
