Master Changan presented a plan for more than 30 models across four brands at its Next Leap event in Lahore on October 3, 2026. The Pakistan-focused roadmap runs through 2029 and covers petrol, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, range-extended and battery-electric vehicles. The company says the expansion is intended to broaden its offerings across customer groups and price points.

The announced mix includes five locally assembled Changan passenger vehicles and two new-energy commercial vehicles. Nevo is set to add five electrified models, while Deepal’s plan covers four battery-electric or range-extended vehicles. Avatr will focus on luxury SUVs, coupes and sedans, though the company did not specify a model count for that brand.

Vehicles shown at the event included the Oshan X7 Black Edition, UNI-S, Nevo Hunter, Deepal E07, Avatr 07 and Avatr 11 Royal Edition. Master Changan reported more than 1,500 orders for the Hunter and said deliveries were due to start in October 2026. The Avatr 07 Max RWD was listed at Rs 20 million and the Ultra AWD at Rs 22 million; the four-seat Avatr 11 Royal Edition was announced at Rs 29 million, with bookings open.

Master Changan says more than 85,000 of its vehicles are on Pakistani roads and it operates 30 dealerships across 18 cities. Its next steps include doubling plant capacity, localizing new-energy components and expanding exports. At the event, government adviser Haroon Akhtar Khan also urged Pakistan’s auto sector to develop engineering and domestic capabilities—not just assemble vehicles—including batteries, motors, charging equipment and software.
