Onvo L60 crosses 110,000 cumulative deliveries roughly two years after launch

Nio's Onvo brand announced on August 28 that cumulative deliveries of its L60 mid-size SUV have reached 110,000 units, about 23 months after the model first reached customers on September 28, 2024. With 106,799 units accumulated through the end of July, the SUV added at least 3,201 more in the first 28 days of August — an improvement over July's 4,949 but still short of the 5,859 it recorded in August 2025. Demand has softened considerably this year: January-July deliveries fell 42.87 percent year-on-year to 21,615 units, and the stretch from the 100,000th unit on June 26 to the latest milestone took roughly two months.

Hoping to revive interest, Onvo launched a refreshed L60 on June 11 with an outright-purchase starting price of 192,800 yuan (about $28,430), 6.8 percent lower than before, while the battery-rental BaaS option brings the entry point down to 135,800 yuan. The lineup spans three trims topping out at 222,800 yuan. Higher-spec versions carry Nio's in-house Shenji NX9031, a 5-nanometer assisted-driving chip, paired with the Nio World Model architecture, whereas the base Pro trim sticks with a vision-only Nvidia Orin-X setup rated at 254 TOPS. The SUV rides on a 900-volt platform, supports three-minute battery swaps, and offers CLTC ranges of 560 km and 740 km with its 60-kWh and 85-kWh packs respectively.

Positioned against Tesla's similarly sized Model Y, the L60 has, according to Onvo, consistently ranked among the top three best-selling all-electric mid-size SUVs in China's 200,000-yuan segment. Its weight within the brand is shrinking, however: the L80 and L90 have since joined the range, and the L60 accounted for only about 19.4 percent of Onvo's 10,155 July deliveries, a figure that grew 69.93 percent year-on-year.
