In Vietnam, Lynk & Co owners can use the VETC charging platform to locate public chargers and pay for charging through a single app. The service is available to owners of the all-electric 02 and the plug-in hybrid 08 and 900, alongside options such as portable chargers or home-installed units.

VETC says its platform launched with nearly 200 charging locations and expanded to about 250 by late June, linking networks including Tasco Smart Charge, Ford Vietnam, Esky and Rabbit EV. Users can search by location, charging power and operating status, activate a session by scanning a QR code, and monitor charging progress, time and cost. Payment and electronic receipts are integrated into the app.

From Oct. 22 through Dec. 31, 2026, VETC is awarding points equivalent to 1% of the value of eligible charging sessions, with no minimum spend or cap on qualifying sessions. For example, a 200,000-dong session earns 2,000 points. Each point can be used at a value of one dong for eligible products and services in the VETC and Tasco ecosystem, but cannot be exchanged for cash.

The article also highlights the Lynk & Co 02, which went on sale in Vietnam in August as the brand’s first fully electric model there. Its Pro and Halo versions are priced at 818 million and 898 million dong, including VAT. The 02 has a 66-kWh battery, a claimed WLTP range of 435 km and a 268-hp rear motor; the stated 0–100 km/h time is 5.5 seconds.
