Denza N8 interior revealed in China ahead of launch: 1.1-meter panoramic display and 30-inch screen

Denza, BYD's premium marque, has released official images of the N8's cabin ahead of the electric SUV's Chinese debut. The centerpiece is a 1.1-meter panoramic display stretching along the base of the windshield, paired with a 30-inch touchscreen — a clear break from the rotating floating screens typical of BYD-group models and a look shared with large crossovers like the Li Auto L9 and Geely Galaxy M9.

Other cabin details include a D-shaped steering wheel with the shifter mounted behind it, wireless phone chargers, a row of physical buttons, and a hidden storage compartment. The door panels mix conventional handles with power buttons and carry seat-adjustment switches, while a camera on the A-pillar handles driver monitoring. Front seats come with heating, ventilation, and massage functions.

The five-seater measures 5,150 mm long with a 3,075 mm wheelbase. Rear-drive versions offer 320 kW or 370 kW, while the flagship tri-motor AWD variant peaks at 890 kW (1,193 hp). Two LFP battery options — 105.792 kWh and 130.15 kWh — deliver 800 to 1,003 km of CLTC range, and flash charging can take the pack from 10% to 97% in nine minutes.

Denza says the N8 will reach the Chinese market shortly. The brand delivered 18,060 vehicles in China in July 2026, up 69% year on year.
