Dongfeng’s Brazilian operation has begun presenting its DFM-branded electric cars online ahead of a planned market entry in 2026. The Box hatchback and Vigo SUV are listed on Mercado Livre with equipment, technical details, colors and powertrain information; interested shoppers can leave their contact details for follow-up by dealers. Dongfeng says its initial retail network will have 60 locations across 48 cities in 22 Brazilian states.

The Box Urban is 4.02 meters long, with a 2.66-meter wheelbase and 309 liters of luggage capacity. Its front-mounted motor produces 95 hp, while a 43.89-kWh LFP battery is rated for 275 km of range under Brazil’s Inmetro testing. Listed safety and driver-assistance equipment includes six airbags, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking.

Reported prices remain estimates rather than official announcements. The Box E3 is expected to cost R$135,900 in an initial special offer, rising to R$138,900 after December 31. Vigo versions are said to start at R$163,900 for the E2+, while the E3 is expected at R$169,900 initially and R$174,900 afterward.
