Leapmotor has detailed a 2027 update for its C10 SUV, with the changes expected to reach Brazil when the model begins assembly in Goiana, Pernambuco. The refresh is built around the company’s new 3.5 electronic architecture and brings revised powertrains, cabin technology and safety equipment. Brazilian production is expected in 2027, and the range-extender version is also set to receive a flex-fuel 1.5-liter engine.
The 69.9-kWh battery version now produces 224 hp and 360 Nm, with a top speed of 180 km/h and a WLTP range of 430 km. Its peak DC charging rate rises from 84 to 120 kW, allowing a 30-to-80% charge in 24 minutes. The 81.9-kWh rear-wheel-drive model makes 299 hp and reaches 100 km/h from rest in 6.8 seconds, with 519 km of WLTP range. The same-capacity all-wheel-drive version delivers 571 hp and 655 Nm, accelerates to 100 km/h in five seconds and is rated for 479 km.
The range-extender Hybrid EV combines 220 hp with up to 145 km of electric-only driving and a claimed total WLTP range of 986 km. Fully electric versions gain 27 liters of cargo space, for 500 liters with the rear seats raised and 1,905 liters folded; the hybrid’s capacity increases to 440 liters. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a voice assistant with seven-language support, and five additional driver-assistance features bring the ADAS tally to 22. The report does not specify pricing or the exact timing of the Brazilian production start.
