Li Auto will unveil the 2026 Li i6 on October 28, with customer test drives and order-taking scheduled to begin after the event. Deliveries in China are expected to start in early November, while display vehicles are due at 485 of the company’s stores from October 11. The SUV will also be shown at the Paris Motor Show on October 12.
The company says the i6 is its first all-electric model intended for global markets. Its European version will use the Li 6 name, and Li Auto plans to begin European sales in the fourth quarter. At the Paris show, it intends to outline its global lineup and European business plans, but has not identified the first countries to receive the vehicle or disclosed local prices and sales arrangements.
Li Auto has not announced the refreshed model’s price. It is set to use the company’s in-house 5C battery and Mach driver-assistance chip. Earlier regulatory filings point to single-motor and dual-motor all-wheel-drive versions, with the current design language retained and semi-hidden door handles added.
The five-seat electric SUV first went on sale in September 2025, starting at 249,800 yuan. It delivered 16,979 units in August, equal to 45.06% of Li Auto’s total that month. Deliveries reached 152,842 in the first eight months of 2026 and 181,813 cumulatively through August. The launch date had been shifted from late September to late October, while the early-November delivery target remained unchanged.
