Voyah plans to bring a five-seat version of its Taishan flagship crossover to Russia before the end of 2026. The model is currently offered there with three rows and six seats, including two second-row captain’s chairs. The new layout removes the third row to create more room for luggage, and its powered tailgate is retained.

The five-seat Taishan has a quoted cargo capacity of 1,148 litres, rising to 2,361 litres with the rear seats folded. The corresponding figures for the three-row version are 305 and 1,193 litres. Overall dimensions are unchanged: 5,230 mm long, 2,025 mm wide and 1,817 mm tall, with a 3,120 mm wheelbase. The second-row backrests can be folded or returned upright at the touch of a button.

Equipment includes a Russian-language infotainment system with voice control, a passenger-side display and online music and video services. The crossover also gets three-chamber air suspension, rear-wheel steering and driver-assistance systems.

Both versions use a series-hybrid setup: a 1.5-litre, 143-hp petrol engine acts as a generator, while two electric motors provide 517 hp and 695 Nm combined. A 62.5-kWh battery supports an electric-only range of up to 280 km; total range is stated as 1,120 km on the WLTP cycle. Voyah has not yet announced the five-seat version’s price or sales date. The current six-seat flagship is listed at 9,775,000 rubles before discounts.
