The Wuling Darion has been spotted at a dealership in Vietnam, bringing the seven-seat MPV closer to its planned market launch in the fourth quarter of 2026. The vehicle had previously been seen at an emissions-testing center in Hanoi in September. Sales staff have reportedly accepted deposits since mid-August, quoting an expected price above VND 700 million; an official price has not been announced.
Wuling Vietnam’s website lists three configurations: electric versions with claimed ranges of 450 km and 500 km, plus a plug-in hybrid. Dealers say the initial local allocation will be fully electric. The car at the dealership has a different wheel design from the example seen during testing, but the report cautions that this alone does not establish a trim-level distinction.
The Darion measures 4,910 mm long, 1,850 mm wide and 1,770 mm tall, with a 2,910 mm wheelbase. Its cabin seats seven in a 2+2+3 layout, and the MPV has sliding side doors. Interior details shown include separate second-row seats, a 12.8-inch central display and a digital instrument panel.
Vietnam-specific motor and battery details have yet to be fully disclosed. As a reference, the Indonesian-market Darion EV uses a 150 kW motor, produces 310 Nm of torque and has a 60.6 kWh battery; its stated maximum range there is 540 km under the CLTC cycle.
